So my fiance has an old ASUS gaming laptop and today while playing FF14 it just turned off. We though it may have been overheating so we let it sit for a while and watched some shows. I tried turning it on a few hours later and nothing. I took the battery out and just plugged it in and it started up instantly.
Put the battery back in while turned on, it turned off after about 5-10 sec or so. Now, is this an issue with the battery being bad or the laptop? She is returning the battery as she just got it less than 30 days ago but if its an issue with the laptop she doesnt wanna get a new one.
